Nanometers (NM) is the measurement of light. Below is a bar graph of the light spectrum from 200nm to1200nm. The lower value of the graph is the (UV) ultraviolet range or better known as black light. Some black lights can be harmful to people, viruses, bacteria. Precautions should be taken when using this UV light and skin illumination should be avoided.
The mid section of the graph is the visible light spectrum, from about 400nm to 700nm. This is the range the human eye see in. The higher value at the end of the graph is the infrared (IR) range, over 700nm. This light spectrum over 700nm can not be visibly seen with the naked eye.
Most stock camera’s and camcorders have an IR range from about 400nm to 750nm, just a little over the visible light spectrum. We use camera’s and camcorders that have been modified (full spectrum) to see beyond the naked eye, in the lower UV & higher IR range from about 280nm to 1200nm. Our theory is that the energy or spirits can be captured by video & photos better in the lower UV light spectrum.
